Job Summary: Mirabella Portland has a Staffing Coordinator job opening to support our sub-acute/skilled unit. This person works under limited supervision is responsible assisting in the hiring process, and scheduling for all Health Care Center certified Nurse Assistants. Requires knowledge of recruitment.
Preferred 1 year experience in health care, human resources, business and/or related field.
Preferred experience as a CNA but not required
Ability to interpret policies and procedures.
Must have typing and computer/word processing skills, public relations skills and good phone technique.
Must maintain current knowledge of computer systems.
Possess excellent communication skills and be able to work as part of a team.

We have a 40 bed SNF (5 star rated) located on the second floor work with Medicare, HMO, and Private Insurance patients. Outside of our SNF and AL floors, Mirabella is home to more than 300 IL residents.
