Required Knowledge and Skills: Current Wisconsin CNA certification is required. Prior experience in a long term care setting is preferred. Positive skills in communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal relationships needed. Previous work experience which indicates successful ability to assume responsibilities within a team context also needed.
Current Openings: There is a regular scheduled, benefit eligible opportunity available on second shift. Positions averaging 24 hours per week (0.6 FTE) or more are benefit eligible on the first of the month following 60 days.
Per diem opportunities may be available. The per diem position is associated with a premium rate of pay due to minimum scheduling requirements and flexibility of schedule - working at least two weekday shifts, two weekend shifts, and one on call shift per month; additionally, a holiday rotation is part of the per diem program. Per diem staff may work more hours than minimum requirements as available. Per diem positions are not benefit eligible.
